Defective one-way valve

The one-way valve is completely non-functional. I tested it by blocking the nozzle, and the bulb stayed collapsed as zero air enters through the rear intake. It pulls air exclusively from the tip, which just draws dust back into the blower. This defeats the entire purpose of a clean-air system.
