The VariZoom FlowPod Stabilizer System features a multipurpose handle with a telescoping pin that can either be locked inline for use as a monopod, or unlocked to allow free-floating action shots. The slim design allows for ease of use in the tight shooting situations—just grab the FlowPod, mount your camera, and start recording. The FlowPod will give you smooth footage while walking, running, or even going up and down stairs, without any camera instability or shake. It supports cameras/rigs weighing up to 9 lb. A VariZoom VZ-FP1 weight kit (sold separately) is required for cameras over 5 lb.
