Let me just say that this double ended spigot by Manfrotto is probably the best item that I've ordered from B&H. The girth and length is just perfect. Would I be able to mound a tripid head/ball head to the spigot in order to attach a camera at the end of it?
Yes , this has 1/4"-20 and 3/8" threaded ends standard for most ball heads

will this spigot fit into my PhotoFlex LS-B2320Y stand?
Sorry, I don't know. I use it in knuckles (aka gobo heads). They fit those perfectly, and let you use an 3/8 or 1/20-20 threaded attachments.
