This tiny package works great for desktop sound or for use with very efficient speakers. I used mine with a pair of Klipsch RB-5's for quite a while with great results. The sound is refined and detailed and infinitely adjustable to your taste with bass, mid, and treble controls. The only drawbacks for the average user is the lack of power (5 per channel @8 ohms) and being limited to bare wire (my preference anyway). But, if you have a small listening area and efficient speakers you won't be able to tell the 903 is lacking in anything throughout the spectrum.
Oh yes, the Kramer support team is excellent.

It was smaller than we expected. We are using it on a cart that holds a stereo, and a keyboard and needed something small but strong enough to fill up a classroom. This is just what we needed. Plus it's very straightforward to use. Only thing tricky is the speaker wire connection, for those not familiar with actually having to use a screwdriver, it might be confusing.
