I am serious amature photographer, and this combo now goes with me to every event that I shoot.
When the use of a tripod is out of the question, this is a very handy and lightweight cost effective soultion.
The quick release head is great whenever you need to do some fast off hand shooting.
For this low price it just can't be beat!
