As most of you know, you don't always have an assistant available on those last minute shoots. That is where this nifty accessory comes in. I have mine connected to a Photoflex LSB-2214 8' medium light stand. It takes just a few minutes to set up the arms and clamps where you need them. You will find that fine adjustments can be a little tasking but if that is the extent of your problems then you are in good shape. I have the 32" Multidisc 5 in 1 that I prefer and it works great with the above setup. The combination between the stand and holder does give the shooter many options and directons in which to place ones reflectors/diffusers.

I have purchased several Impact products and I am very happy with them. So, when I saw this product, which looked really high tech, and respectfully seems cable of doing all sort of reflector holder and related things I went for it. However on my first use with my impact 42" (purchased in conjunction with it) reflector it proved otherwise.
The fasteners that adjust and hold the reflector up and / or at an angle failed to secure it. Especially the larger lever shaped one: as you tighten it the metal pin (embedded in plastic) that anchor the fasten grinds its way out comes out as you tighten it.
I had to use a vise clamp to re-embed the pin and super glue to hopefully secure it. A real drag!
I am a beginner in this, so it could just be my misunderstanding of how to use it, but it is advertised as being capable of holding a reflector up to 60", but it failed to support the weight of my 42" reflector?
I return the 42" reflector for a 32" one (with less weight) and I am hoping for the best.
Respectfully, I my comments on this product are limited to the aforementioned.

Comments about Impact Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder:
This is my first reflector holder and I clearly made a good choice. It is very well built, the counterweight is perfect, and the clips hold the reflector very securely. It is great in the studio and on the beach. If it was just slightly stronger, you could use this as a boom arm in the studio for a speedlight or something a pound or two. You should feel confident when buying this.

Comments about Impact Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder:
I was surprised by how much weight this this has. It does exactly what it says it will do. My only issues are minor, and not enough to change the rating. The metal stud at the end could have been functional. Instead it is useless. Other than that, this is now an extra set of hands for me.

Comments about Impact Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder:
Very well made. Has its own counter weight so no need to add more unless you start to over load it. 42 in reflector was attached with the two clip and the rasied over head to use as a shade of a hight of 7 foot on the stand. Olny Con I see so far is the end stud is smooth. I would like to see on with an inset center like on the top of lightstands. I would feel better about attaching a Flash mount to it. Still very nice piece of equipment.

So far I've had no problems with this and it's working just fine. I use this with a 60" reflector and so far it's worked well. A sandbag might be a good addition with this since the weight of the 60" is a little hefty. Just make sure you have the legs on your stand open nice and wide.

Comments about Impact Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder:
I was hoping to use this for a variety of purposes, hold flags/reflectors, hold a speed light, and hold a mic to use as a boom.
Unfortunately, the stud at the end is just a strait round brass tube, not the standard stud with threads. I am still playing with adaptors to find one to let me install a 1/4" stud on the end.
If you unscrew the counter weight the thread is male 3/8 so it does work for shorter purposes but then it does not extend very far as its the back end.
I'm sure I can get it to work and should save me some space and money on 3 separate products I only occasionally use.

Comments about Impact Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder:
Solid, well made and perfect for holding a reflector in any position. There is a small brass stud at the tip that doesn't seem to have a function. If that stud were a 1/4 - 20 bolt that I could mount a speedlight to this would also be an ideal boom arm for a small flash. I will probably drill and tap the brass stud to add my own but for what it was designed for it works very well.

Comments about Impact Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder:
This is a nice weighted reflector holder. It's really useful when you don't have an assistant around to help with a photo shoot. It is weighted which helps stabilize the arm, but even so, I did have some issues with the wind catching the reflector and blowing it so that it wasn't reflecting on my subjects face where I wanted it. Possibly a sandbag weight would help with this issue, I'm not sure. Overall, it was a helpful accessory to have. The clamps that hold the reflector are very sturdy.

Comments about Impact Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder:
I own some large 6' collapsible reflectors that have very large bands. This holder has large clamps that easily accommodate the edges of the reflectors. Other than that it is similar to other holders with regards to function - but the clamps make it more versatile than the other holders.

Comments about Impact Telescopic Collapsible Reflector Holder:
Bought this primarily to work as a mini-boom (super transportable) so the clips for holding a reflector is a bonus. Much more stable than expected, as long as you add a counter-weight when really extended. Clips for holding a reflector are removable, also handy when packing is tight.
