This is a big stand capable of handling heavy PA speakers. Built tough and very sturdy, it has a reversible speaker post for both wide and narrow speakers.
I use these stands to support yamaha sv-clubv 12 speakers for an acoustic solo act. I could have gotten better/more expensive stands, but as this is a side gig(3-4 gigs or so a month)I couldn't justify the cost. Still, I wanted something dependable. I tried a comparable model of a store brand,but it was useless so I took them back. As soon as I took these out of the box I could tell they were a better quality. Long term untested and the plastic collars might be an issue over time,but still you can't beat the value.
