The Fujinon T16X5.5DA-D58 is a specially designed indusrtial video lens for 1/3-inch 3-CCD cameras including the Sony DXC-390. This lens produces views that range from the very narrow at about 3° to medium-wide at about 47°.
Only High Quality Cameras
The T16X5.5DA-D58 is a C-mount lens that can be mounted on any C-mount camera. But this lens was designed for the very highest quality cameras, most of which have a 3-CCD system. Fujinon claims this lens was deigned for optimizing the performance of the DXC-390 camera specifically. The lens is motorized for focus and zoom while iris functions are controlled with a servo motor system. All functions can be operated manually if preferred.
Variable Focal Lengths
This lens has a wide range of view angles available. At its widest 88 mm the lens displays a 3° horizontal angle of view. At the other (telephoto) end of the spectrum 5.5 mm the lens will capture a tight 47° horizontal angle of view.
