This is a 53" x 12yd roll of #16 Chestnut Widetone Seamless Background Paper from Savage. It is a high-quality, fine-tooth, non-reflective surface that is available in an array of vibrant colors.
They are compatible with a variety of media, and are ideal for photo backgrounds, displays, banners, drafting projects and decorations. Background Paper comes core wound for extra support, and are wrapped in a plastic sleeve to keep out moisture and dirt.

I use this in my studio for portrait session with kids. I love this color and I love most of the seemless paper by Savage but the brown is a little hard to get right due to a hugh of red at the bottom if you do not have your lighting just right on the backdrop not to mention the subject! Will def use all the time, just takes a little extra work!!

I used this color this weekend in a session and it was very, very nice. It is very rich, looks like a Hershey Bar Chocolate, actually, and you need to light it well. I only used a 36 inch octobox with a alien b800 and it lit very well. The only bad thing about that is I would need to have 2 lights (which defeats my minimalist approach into making into 'natural' light) to avoid shadow on the paper with full sized, tall adults. Children, however, does wonderfully.

This color is actually a little lighter than it looks online. Although it still makes for a nice backdrop, its not as dark brown as I had hoped for.

I have used this paper to photograph kids and babies. I really love the color and how it enhances photographs. The only thing I wish is that they offer a size in between 53 and 107..needs to be just a tad longer than 53. overall i love it!!

I RECENTLY BOUGHT SOME 53" PAPER ROLLS, AND THIS WAS ONE OF THEM. IT'S MY FAVORITE! THE COLOR LOOKS GREAT IN PHOTOS. I WILL PROBABLY ORDER THE BIGGER ROLLS NEXT TIME, THOUGH. THE PAPER TEARS/CRINKLES VERY EASILY TOO.

I've lit this background using Lowel Tota lights and got great color from it. Also, when you flag the light to produce a gradient, the paper produces a nice, smooth gradient. No hot spots, etc. Great product!
