I bought this card with/for my Canon EOS Rebel XSi SLR camera and couldn't be happier. 4GB is a lot of storage space even for a 12MP camera like the XSi which removes a huge hassle I had with my previous camera and its limited support for larger memory cards. Also this card was really affordable. While one is enough for me right now, I'm sure I will be buying two or three more since it's so easy to snap 100s of pictures in no time with the XSi (and the cards fast write speed). I was going to get an Ultra III but really the write time with this card in the XSi is really quite fast.

I would only recommend this card if you have a *NEW* computer. If a card is larger than 2 GB or uses the SDA 2.00 specification, it is not backwards compatible to older card readers. I found this out after purchasing the card; it will only work in my brand new computer and not my laptop or previous desktop.

Not all cards are created equal. After purchasing other SDHC memory cards, I finally found one that actually does what it is supposed to do. Beware of junk coming from overseas that is inferior and does not live up to advertised specs. Just wish it wasn't so pricey.

On the advice of a professional photographer, I purchased this card based not on size, but on manufacturer and write speed. It has more than enough space for casual shooting and if I need more, I'll just buy another or two. I shot around 10 frames at full speed and noticed that my camera processed the images faster than my old card, so I'm pleased.

I use this SD card in my Canon EOS XSi camera everyday, it hasn't faltered or shown any sign of doing so.
The read/write speeds on this card are fantastic! My previous 2GB (non-HC SD card) would cause the camera to pause when writing a RAW file to it, ruining the burst shooting speed.
Also, when using the card in a card reader the file transfers are easily 4x faster than a standard card.
