The legs are not aligned correctly so it leans to one side. It is compact when folded and it does hold a mic so it is useful, just not well constructed
A very sturday and solid stand. Very portable and versatile. Needed a stand for a camera that did not have a microphone mount. In conjunction with a long audio cable, I am able to place the micophone in any position for optimal sound capture.
