The DeckLink Studio 2 SD/HD Video Card with SDI, HDMI & Analog Connections from Blackmagic is an SD/HD broadcast video card. It features fully independent connections for SDI, HDMI, analog component, S-video, and composite video.
Both the SDI and analog component connections auto switch between SD and HD. An extra SD-SDI output via a built-in hardware down converter is available for work in HD. When you're working in NTSC and PAL, you can use the SD-SDI output as a key output.
Audio connections include 4 channels of balanced analog audio, 8 channels of SDI audio, and 2 channels of AES/EBU digital with sample-rate converters. The unit also offers an RS-422 deck control, as well as blackburst and tri-sync reference input.
