The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330 Digital Camera (Red) makes it easy to captures photos with phenomenal clarity. Built into the camera is a beginner-friendly Function Guide that helps you navigate through the various functions and settings displayed on the LCD screen. The camera's 14.1 Megapixels allow you to make really large prints. The camera performs well even in low light, with its High Sensitivity mode with an ISO of 3200 and Optical SteadyShot Image Stabilization.
Fast moving subjects are not a problem since the camera can capture 1.8 frames-per-second. This, along with Motion Detection that adjusts ISO sensitivity and increases the shutter speed when motion is detected, will help ensure that you capture the decisive moment. To really see your subject in motion, the camera can shoot VGA movies.
Both stills and video are composed and viewed on the 3.0" LCD display. Even when shooting in a tight space, the 26mm wide-angle Sony 4X zoom lens will let you get your shot. Other user-friendly features include Face Detection, Smile Shutter, In-Camera Retouching Tools, and 8 Scene Modes. The lithium-ion battery will help you take many photos before having to recharge the battery.

I had been searching for a good compact camera for a long time and after borrowing this camera from a friend one night, I had to go out and buy one for myself. It works great in low light situations and has an awesome snow setting - you can shoot a white dog in the snow against a white house and you get every little detail in each item in the shot! It also has smile detector and image stabilization as well as shoots HD video. Its light, compact, easy to carry and I take it with me everywhere!

The Sony W330 is a nice small camera. We enjoyed using the camera during Christmas. The camera is easy to use and has all the features of a point and shoot. The camera takes good close-ups of an object only an inch away. We enjoyed using the camera to replace our previous Sony camera that was much bigger. Replacement battery for stand-by is pricey and hard to find.

Comments about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330 Digital Camera (Red):
A great product for taking stills. Not at all complicated. I've used it a few times already and noticed a remarkably difference in quality of picture. The steady function is great for action shots. The fully automated function allows me to take pictures on the move, also, the manual function allows me to be creative. The video on this camera is adequate, but I did not buy this camera to take videos.

This is used for every kind of picture imagineable - from (distant) concert pics to close ups of faces and candid shots in between.
It is easy to use, has great clarity and fit everywhere so you can have it with you all the time.
Only negative is that it did not come with a case so no place to store spare batteries or memory cards unless you purchase separately.
