I use this product with my audio packages for the company that I work with. They are just the right length so that I can connect them to our boom poles and be able to run and gun as quickly as possible with out having the cable dangling in the way.

Needed a replacement mike that work on its own power for my Sony HVR-V1U, and this cable helped do the trick with the mic I bought. No dangling wires anywhere, and the coiled cord is easy to work around. Nice product at a good price.

I use this cable to go from my XLR port on my HMC-150 to my shotgun mic on my camera. Very sturdy and rugged feeling construction, feels like it will hold up well through the years to come. The coil is just the right length to reach my shotgun mic. Even though it says that it can reach up to 18", I would be carefully stretching the cable that far. The cable is new and not very stretchy right now. If I had to go more than 6" I would probably be putting a lot of stress on accessories that would be attached to it. I also like having the elbow female end, makes the cable stick out less.

Bought these cables to connect wireless mic receiver to cameras.
Have to have the RT-ANGL for connecting to the receiver or when you se the camera down with a non RT-ANGL the XLR connector sometimes hit the ground (or whatever you are setting the camera down on) and can screw up your cable and or receiver.
It's a cable, connect the ends and go!

I use this with both my agdvx100 a and B models the sound quality is good, and the only way it could be better is if the on camera mic had a different pickup pattern.
