I recently chose this over another SxS card for event videography. Been testing it in a Hoodman adapter, so far no issues with anything, including overcranking for the duration. I have no way to test its true speed as all my readers are USB 2.0, but am satisfied. Camera firmware 1.20.

I compared this card to 7 other memory cards that I owned and was shocked it didn't blow the others out of the water. I did two rounds of tests, the first was to shoot (Nikon D7000) for ~20 seconds and see how many shots I could get off (RAW, 14 bit, uncompressed). The second was to see how long it would take to use up the 100 shot limit (JPEG, Fine+large).
For all tests I shot in M mode (1/200th, f/8, iso 100) focus set to manual and shot at my iPhone with the timer function running (to get precise start and end times). I formatted the card before each test.
Shots per second for 20 seconds (Total shots taken divided by time (taken from iPhone pictures of stop watch, good to 1/100th of a second)). I did this test twice for each card and averaged the results.
SanDisk UHS-1, 45 mb/s, 32 gb: 1.67
Sandisk Extreme, class 10, 30 mb/s, 8 gb: 1.56
Sandisk Extreme III, class 6, 30 mb/s, 4 gb: 1.65
Lexar Pro, 133x, class 6, 4 gb, 1.4
Eye-Fi Pro X2, class 6, 8 gb, 1.08
Kingston, class 4, 8 gb, 1.00
Kodak, class 2, 8 gb, 0.85
Note that none of the cards come close to the 6 fps the camera is capable of and that there isn't really a clear winner between the Sandisk cards. Certainly not a 50% increase I would have expected from a 45 mb/s card (versus 30 mb/s).
Note I also calculated the buffer clear time. At the end of the ~20 seconds I half held the shutter until the top screen read R09 (i.e. the buffer was empty and ready to go again) and took another shot. Then, using the pictures (and the time recorded in them) calculated how long it took the buffer to clear. Results:
SanDisk UHS-1, 45 mb/s, 32 gb: 6.6 seconds
Sandisk Extreme, class 10, 30 mb/s, 8 gb: 7.2 seconds
Sandisk Extreme III, class 6, 30 mb/s, 4 gb: 6.85 seconds
Lexar Pro, 133x, class 6, 4 gb, 8.15 seconds
Eye-Fi Pro X2, class 6, 8 gb, 13.05 seconds
Kingston, class 4, 8 gb, 13.8 seconds
Kodak, class 2, 8 gb, 16.35 seconds
Lastly, was the race to 100 shots in JPEG. Two numbers listed: total time for 100 shots, frames per second (100/time). I only did this test once for each card:
SanDisk UHS-1, 45 mb/s, 32 gb: 17.6 seconds, 5.68 fps
Sandisk Extreme, class 10, 30 mb/s, 8 gb: 17.5 seconds, 5.71 fps
Sandisk Extreme III, class 6, 30 mb/s, 4 gb: 17.6 seconds, 5.68 fps
Lexar Pro, 133x, class 6, 4 gb, 17.8 seconds, 5.62 fps
Eye-Fi Pro X2, class 6, 8 gb, 23.86 seconds, 4.20 fps
Kingston, class 4, 8 gb, 25.9 seconds, 3.86 fps
Kodak, class 2, 8 gb, 31.2seconds, 3.21 fps
The Sandisks and Lexar came very close to the 6 fps rating by Nikon.
Based on the small samples doing any statistics would be a waste of time, but I have a feeling that none of the SanDisk cards are statistically significantly different from one another.
I bought the UHS-1 because I wanted a fast 32 gb card and the price wasn't too much more than the Extremes and wanted to take full advantage of the D7000 (which is rated to handle the UHS-1 cards). I was disappointed it wasn't faster than the Sandisk class 10 and class 4, 30 mb/s cards that I already owned.
Anyone out there know if I did anything wrong (camera setting or something?) to max out the 45 mb/s?

Comments about SanDisk 32GB Extreme Pro SDHC UHS-I Memory Card:
This card was able to keep up with my Nikon D90 shooting at a fast rate with no problem. I was also able to store almost 5,000 (max quality) JPEGs (and a couple short HD videos) on it with no issues. Would recommend for a long trip or extended photo shoot, or even if you want to shoot lots of video from your DSLR.
Comments about SanDisk 32GB Extreme Pro SDHC UHS-I Memory Card:
I'm not sure quite how to review this since I don't have a ton of experience with these memory cards. It does what I expect it to do--save my files with good quality. It would seem that a review for a product like this would be much more useful coming after working with it for a long time to verify how the quality holds up after a lot of use. At this point, I've put less than 10 minutes onto it while practicing using it with my new camera, so I don't have a ton to say. Like everything else, it would be nice if it were a little less expensive!

Listen without wanting to jynx my stuff. I have never had any problems with these, and so this is why I continue to use them on my professional jobs.
...and they are fast.
You know what I would love though - some kind of indicator on these cards as to if they have been updated with data or not. Probably to expensive to implement on every card as of yet.

I was a little worried by the price point. I've only used it for about a few weeks but it's been flawless ever since, and having 32 gigs is incredibly useful if you're shooting a lot of video. Fast too, haven't had any problems recording to the card.
