They are film canisters. They seem like awesome film canisters and are exactly what the teacher requested. There is nothing noteworthy in what I bought but it is noteworthy in how quickly it came and how easy it was to do business with B & H Photo. Site was easy to manuever too!

We used these film canisters for several science experiments. We made them into "rockets" using baking soda & vinegar. They worked very well and the kids enjoyed doing it. The only problem was they would crack sometimes when hitting the ground. So if you are using them as rockets, then get extras.
