I purchased Sony hx-100v few months back. At thattime I had only Class 6 SDHC Card. I know that the write speed was only 15MBPS and if I capture full HD movie (which requires atleast 24MBPS write speed), there will be data loss.
Also, when I took 16 MP still pic, after every click, I used to see on screen message "processing" with a progressive yellow bar and it took few seconds. The same true for any movie recording.
Considering that Class 6 write speed of 15 MBPS is not wnough, I purchased this card.
Two of this 32 GB and two of similar 16 GB
Expecting a write speed of 30MBPS, I thought that my above mentioned problem of delay in writing must be solved
Still, my problem (as mentioned above) is exactly the same, I mean, after every still pic and few seconds of movie recording, it takes time to save the data in my SDHC card
Is anything wrong with my camera or something wrong with my SDHC card, I do not understand. Or do I make any mistake?
If I get any help, it will be extremely useful
Otherwise, with this card, I am at the same point as I was with Class 6 15 MBPS write speed card with same camera
Thanks

I use Scandisk cards all the time. This one I bought for my hacked GH2 because 32Gb card gives me only 1 hour as the bit rates are very high in the video.

Comments about SanDisk Extreme SDHC Class 10 (30MB/s) 32GB:
I bought this card to record video on my 60D since I wanted to MAX out the bitrate output that the camera can output.
The card works wonderfully no glitches, and has a solid recording speed of about 26 MB/s.
If you are like me and want this card for videography on your DSLR and the camera records audio...understand that audio will be recording at around 15 MB/s so you might want a Extreme Pro because you won't be able to do 25 MB/s of video + 15 MB/s of audio at the same time.
But besides that this card is wonderful and highly recommended.

I use this with my Nikon D90. It provides my camera more memory for my photo shoot. About 8K for normal JPEG and 1K for RAW files. No more consantly deleting just to give space for more photo shooting.

Comments about SanDisk Extreme SDHC Class 10 (30MB/s) 32GB:
I use this card in my Canon T3I with an 18-200 mm lens. It records well and keeps up with my camera's speed of multi-shot picture taking. Quality is good and downloads quickly to my computer where I can photoshop, if necessary/desired or print out as is. I haven't tried it yet in HD/Video mode nor have I timed its read/write speeds; which is why I only gave this product four stars (it could easily be rated at five stars based on my usage to date). 32GB holds a lot of pictures and allows me to take many pictures without having to worry about changing cards or downloading, thereby taking time off shooting and possibly losing a shot. I also havae a 16 GB card which I've never completely filled but came close; that is why I purchased the 32 GB card. Now, I'm thinking of getting a 64 GB card since the price is getting more favorable; but not until I come close to filling this 32 GB card!

Great for stills & movies, fast speed.
Only complaint is, the memory card doesn't come with good storage jacket, so very easy to misplace.

We have a Panasonic AG-HMC40. The camera does 1080/30p so I need something that would give me fast enough speeds. The SanDisk fit the bill. We use the Panasonic at our church for recording sermons. Last week, we shot a 1:20 long stream and the SanDisk recorded it all without a hiccup.

Used in my Canon 1D Mark III I am able to take pictures without worrying much about the buffer filling up because this card writes the files so quickly. I use the CF slot for JPEG's and have it write RAW's to the SD slot, it's a great setup and the card so far has dealt with temps in the single digits and then two days later temps in the high 90's with no issues. Very happy I bought this card.

I have no complaint on this card. It's exactly what you would expect. Note that mine was marked as being UHS, which wasn't mentioned in the description at the time. While my GH2 doesn't support UHS speeds, that doesn't affect this card still operating at the maximum speed the camera does support. I plan to buy more.

I recieved this product as a christmas present. I am not a professional by all means, but this is an extremely great memory card for anyone! It writes very fast, and my Canon T2i cannot keep up with the performance of this card. I had no buffering issues what so ever while taking action shots, and I was able to exceed 250 pictures in a row without a buffer. I have found nothing bad about this card, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Comments about SanDisk Extreme SDHC Class 10 (30MB/s) 32GB:
Works great, I use 12 Sandisk Extreme CF cards in my D700 & D300, and another 10 of these SD versions in my D7000's. Cards vary in capacity, but I have never had one of these cards fail.
Always format cards in your camera after photos have been uploaded (and backed up!) and you shouldn't have any issues...
