This Manfrotto R055.395 ASM Sleeve is a replacement part for the collar that tightens around the lower leg of 055 series tripods or the upper leg of 190 series tripods to adjust their height. The lever that locks the collar is sold separately.

I occasionally break the monopod clamps on my Manfrotto 680B. It's good that B&H has them in stock at a reasonable price and quick delivery.
I broke the lower leg lock on my monopod and this was the perfect replacement. Was a bit difficult to get in place but it's nice and snug and I've yet to have any problems with it.
