The Marani DEF-216 Digital Effects Processor is enclosed in a 19" 1U full-rack housing. The interface features a user-friendly design and consists of a central rotary encoder for navigation purposes, a potentiometer for parameter settings, along with 3 other potentiometers to control input, output, and mix levels. The processor has an LED indication on clip, mute, and a tap time LED. Additionally, it has rear jack connections for the foot pedal control of bypass effects and the setting of tap delay externally. The tap delay can also be varied via a front-panel switch.
