The EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II lens offers the focal range equivalent of a 29-90mm lens in the 35mm format and is an ideal day-to-day lens with wide-angle to short telephoto capabilities. The Image Stabilization system provides the lens with movement compensation for sharper imaging in low light and when shooting at longer focal lengths. Also included is the EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III lens, which is equivalent to a 120-480mm lens in 35mm format and provides telephoto and super-telephoto zoom capability. It is a very light lens with long reach and can focus as close as 4.9' (1.5 m). With the Rebel T3 and these two lenses, you'll be able to produce quality photos and videos at almost all focal lengths.
