I don't think I want to be a paid photographer because photography is a creative release for me. That would turn photography into a job. I am now retired as a software developer, but that is also a creative process turning an idea of turning a process into action. I have also developed applications for myself. One of those is renaming scanned film to include the directory name that includes the year and roll number to the file.
