The PocketBase Kit from Switronix provides a comprehensive powering solution for your Pocket Camera. It attaches on the bottom of the camera and powers the camera up to 5 hours with two LP-E6 batteries, while at the same time charging the camera's internal battery. With the camera battery always at full charge, you hot swap the LP-E6 batteries for uninterrupted operation.
The kit includes the PocketBase, two LP-E6 batteries, a portable charger, thumbscrew for securing the camera, rubber grips that attach all around the PocketBase to provide for comfortable holding, and rubber discs that go underneath the camera to keep it from twisting or getting scratched.
Offering a 1/4"-20 mounting thread underneath, the PocketBase can also be mounted somewhere on your rig apart from the camera. The cable that extends from the PocketBase is 24" long to allow for such a setup, but when the camera is mounted on top, the cable can be tucked neatly into the PocketBase for tidy operation.
The PocketBase has a robust, all-metal enclosure and weighs under 1 lb.
