The grape-colored Vivitar ViviCam 9124 Digital Camera features a 9.1 MP CMOS sensor with a 7mm f/3.0 lens. This allows it to take quality images in a variety of conditions.
For shooting and reviewing images, a 2.4" TFT LCD display is available. The screen will let you easily compose images and see how images will look before you shoot, even when trying to take a self-portrait. Also, the camera features a 4x digital zoom to give you a little more reach when needed.
This camera also features a built-in flash for low-light shooting. This works with a red-eye reduction mode for shooting portraits. When you can't use a flash there is an Anti-Shake function that reduces the impact of blur on handheld photographs. You can also use a tripod via the 1/4"-20 tripod thread on the base.
