Record and playback from up to sixteen cameras using the ENR-140 16-Channel 10MP NVR from ACTi. The recorder allows one local client and two remote clients to simultaneously access the device, and it supports up to 4MP cameras on a local display and up to 10MP cameras on a remote display. When viewing live video you can divide your screen into 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, or 16 sections, enabling you to watch some or all of the connected cameras at the same time. Pan, tilt, and zoom controls with speed settings offer remote control of PTZ cameras, and the NVR supports joystick control through two USB 2.0 interfaces. Four HDD bays, each with a 10TB capacity, provide the NVR with a total storage capacity of 40TB, and H.264 formatting conserves bandwidth and storage usage.
The NVR records video based on a customized schedule or an event trigger, and you can manually begin recording with just the click of a mouse. Event triggers include motion detection, network loss and recovery, and detection of an external device through the digital input. When searching through footage you can find recordings by time, channel, or bookmark, and media controls allow you to playback footage at multiple speeds as well as pause or stop the footage. Additionally, during playback you can create a snapshot from footage or crop a long video, enabling easy export of data. Mobile support allows for live viewing, PTZ control, and event or time based search and playback on an iOS or Android tablet. The recorder is ONVIF-compliant, allowing compatibility with a wide range of surveillance devices.
