Celestron 44313 Micro Fi Wi-Fi Microscope (Gray)

Celestron's 44313 Micro Fi Wi-Fi Microscope is an ergonomic, handheld microscope that features a CMOS imaging sensor for capturing digital imagery and a Wi-Fi transmitter for delivering images and videos wirelessly to a mobile Apple iOS or Android device of your choice. The 0.3MP, 1/4" imager delivers clear and bright images and videos with 15 fps frame rates. Powered by three user-supplied AA batteries, the microscope provides you with freedom of movement in your laboratory, class, or conference room. This optic features a built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi transmitter that can connect to up to three mobile devices simultaneously at a range of up to 30'. To reveal the microworld, the optical system offers a 2-element lens with an infrared-reducing reflective coating and up to 80x magnification. With a focusing wheel located on the side, you have a focusing range from 0.4" to infinity in microscope mode. You can also use this optic as a surveillance camera if you set its focus to infinity. To ensure bright and clear images, the imaging system aided by 6 bright white LEDs that are arrange in a ring configuration. The polymer housing offers contoured shape for a comfortable grip, conveniently located control buttons near your thumb and index finger. If your application requires, a built-in metal 1/4"-20 tripod socket will provide a secure and stable connection to most standard tripods.
