Apart the fact that the box with the mounts got humidity and some of the mounts were wet, sticked together, and with green spots -due to the green color of the inside, the mounts are OK.
I would prefer to have them self sticking.
But if need them .....

I am in the process of remounting many of the older slides in my collection that have bent,damaged frames. I found these mounts easy to use with the end result a professional grade mounted slide.

I used these to create a few hundred slides for an artists' book I was making. Instead of mounting slide film in them I mounted regular paper. The heat seal works really well; I used a heat press and waited about 10-15 seconds before removing them.
Something that you can't really see in the product photo is that the insides of them are printed in this sort of marbled dark green pattern, which concerned me at first but once I sealed them you couldn't really see that.
Everything about them was exactly what I needed, and very easy to use.

Long time photographer and collecter of aviation slides. Many times I come across slides in large thick plastic mounts not suitable for slide carousels. These are quick and easy to use and remount slides with!
