There are also 6 XPE red LEDs that lower the standard daylight-balanced color temperature of 6500K, in order to create a warming effect so as not to alarm sealife. Run time with the included, rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack ranges from 3.0-30 hr. The light beam offers a wide 160° angle of coverage.
Built for durability, the VL15000PM has a body and light head constructed from anodized aluminum. The emitter window is made from tempered optical glass. Additionally, the dive light is configured with a push-button switching system with a battery level indicator. A lantern grip allows for easy, comfortable handheld use, while a standard 1" ball joint enables convenient mounting onto optional lighting arms.
