Order through Amazon, order direct through manufacturer, or drive to a retailer like BestBuy. Never order through B&H unless you want to wait an undetermined amount of time well past the promised 2-days. Amazon offers these same products as Same-Day or next day delivery with free returns that fully cover all expenses including shipping. B&H charges you to ship back returns, even if it is entirely their fault. I’ll never order through this website again! I’m stuck waiting for a product that I could have received from Amazon 5 days ago, or could buy from Best Buy today. I would completely cancel everything, and then just return it, but B&H would charge me for shipping. Worst part is that Amazon will give you credit to your account and refunds for shipping problems, while B&H offers nothing and makes the customer be the recipient of all of the downfalls of B&H’s mistakes. Never again will I order through this website!! I would have reviewed B&H as a whole, but there is nowhere to do that, so I just added my review to this product that I’ve been waiting a week for. I’m sure this product works great, however it’s important to know that any other retailer will do a much better job of actually getting it to you!!
