With radiopoppers jrx, this unit is a perfect cube hack, and built well. Easy to wire, color wires happen to match, making it easy to assemble together.

Comments about Nikon AS-E900 Multi Flash Adapter:
A steal at twice the price! Seriously, I've got these chained and by themselves triggering my Nikon flashes with my RadioPopper JRx studio receivers. good range, and if you solder properly, they'll serve you well. The best part is that you get two cables in one if you cut it in half (assuming you have Nikon flashes with the 3-pin connector). The only thing that could be better about these is if they soldered the 1/8" jack on for you!

Comments about Nikon AS-E900 Multi Flash Adapter:
I bought this adapter to add a second wired flash to my SC-28 cable (which has the 3-pin connector at the flash shoe end). Well, when I saw the price, I had to buy 2 as it cost 10 times as much elsewhere. So, I replaced the one 3-pin end to a 3.5mm mono audio jack and with 2 5meter 3.5mm extension cords can fire 2 Di-622's off a D5000 (part of my my mini Strobist outfit)

Very easy to use. I actually bought two of these to mod for use with my SaberStrip. Consistently fires the flash every time. For 4 bucks, you can't go wrong.

I use these as cold shoe flash adapters for my light stands. I own an SB-800 and it is a tighter fit than the shoe on my D90 but it works great.

We actually spliced the end with an 1/8 inch jack to make a cord for a radio popper. It's worked perfectly for that.

Comments about Nikon AS-E900 Multi Flash Adapter:
I'm not using these as specified, instead I'm using an SB-28 and this expanding it to control an extra flash.
I have extras as well that will be modified into Radio Popper cubes for way cheaper than what Radio Popper charges...

Comments about Nikon AS-E900 Multi Flash Adapter:
I am using this product to fire a cheapo radio trigger. My TTL sync cord had the nikon 3 pin plug and while this is not the ideal way to connect the two I could not find an adapter that would work. So this was the best solution I could find to make my current flash system work. Over all it works well for me and has not failed once.

Comments about Nikon AS-E900 Multi Flash Adapter:
These flash adapters work perfectly with my Coolpix 990 cameras. Coupled with an x connector adapter, I can now use my old Roley flash that increase by much the depth of field on dark situations and there is no red eyes anymore! They fit exactly with the connector in the camera.
Since this flash has no TTL circuit, the chalenge is even more fun to acheive good photos by hand, this reminds me my old Canon FTb which still works perfectly after 40 years.

I hacked these up to make my DIY RP before Radiopopper came out with their own. Now that Radiopopper has released their RP Cube, I am buying some more. It is still significantly cheaper to make my own. Works with my SB-800, Sb-600, SB-24, and Sunpak 433D (Nikon Foot).

Comments about Nikon AS-E900 Multi Flash Adapter:
I just got my Radio Popper JrX units and until the "official" RP Cube is available, the only way to remotely control the power output of your Nikon SB 800 by radio trigger is to build your own RP Cube. These give you almost everything you need to make an RP Cube for [$]

Comments about Nikon AS-E900 Multi Flash Adapter:
I use these little units as cold-shoes for my SB flashes when they are being used in remote mode on a light stand. They provide the locking pin latch so the flash won't slide out. At this price, I don't think there is any comparable cold shoe out there, particularly one that is the Nikon brand!
