The ability to shape and control the light from a flash source is essential. This is one of 14 different reflectors available for Bowens Monolight.
This is a softlite reflector, 15" in diameter, with a beam spread of 75°. It is supplied with a double diffuser cap which covers the flashtube and modeling light. This reflector gives the softest light of all Bowens' direct reflectors.

Comments about Softlite Reflector for Bowens:
Good workmanship, soft light, but the best part is that it rings like a bell when you strike it with your knuckles! You can shoot some pictures and when the AD ticks you off you can ring the bell and meditate! 2 uses in one!
But seriously, the material seems a bit soft. Can easily bend.

use this with the defusser as main light and softbox on the fill. slighty softer light than the softbox. expensive vs softbox and not quite sure its cost effective. does work though.

Comments about Softlite Reflector for Bowens:
I bought a set of this these lights about 2 years ago - the first set has held up well. I needed a second set for more control of my lighting. I looked at investing in more expensive lights, but found that these lights are in regards, the best quality for the cost.
The structure is strong enough to take a ding and a blow; powerful enough to take striking images. For the price you pay, you are getting above and beyond and can be comparable to professional grade lights. I highly recommend looking into these lights if you're into modeling and fashion photography and of course, on a budget.
The only con I have about these lights are when switching between different levels of lighting for both the modeling light, and the the actual flash tube, the sound it makes can get a bit irritating, and can not be turned off, however, Impact does give an option to turn off the sound only when the lights are set off.
