The bar feels very solid, and it seems like it can hold large condenser mics securely. The screw fits perfectly on a K&M stand. I used it to support a pair of Neumann KM183s, and it performed well. Feels and looks great.

My only concern is that the center screw while is smaller than mic stand threads. Fits fine on light stands that are used for mic stands. Needs to have an adapter to bring it to the larger size.

The K&M 236 - Four Microphone Mounting Bar with 3/8" Locking Screws uses 3/8" threaded mounting throughout, including a female 3/8" thread for mounting onto mic stands or similar. The K&M 236 can accommodate aerial antennae with compatible mounting threads.
