The Novoflex Automatic Bellows is a combination bellows unit and macro focusing rail, and allows for open-aperture metering by employing connections which will close the diaphragm only at the moment of exposure.
Using bellows is the classic and proven path to macro and micro photography.
Note:
Due to the protruding prism design of the EOS 1D series the EOS 5D, the bellows can not attach directly to these cameras. As a solution, an "extension tube" can be used to provide more spacing, but that will also change the focal length.
The Automatic Bellows can be used with Novoflex's own lenses or the lenses of the camera system manufacturer.
All metering functions of the Canon EOS system are retained.
Extension between the lens mount and the lens varies from 1.97" to 5.12".
Travel of the focusing rack ranges 2.56".
