The TCP-50 is a universal SMPTE/EBU Longitudinal Time Code processor/translator. This device deals with multi-format LTC and processes to fit the application the user desires.
Translation
Translates between 24/25/29.97 and 30 fps LTC. One type of LTC can be input and another can be output.
User Bit
Replace user bit data with manually entered UB data on a "nibble by nibble" basis.
Time Offset
Positive or negative time offset from frams to hours can be introduced during the translation.
Repair
LTC damaged time code due to noise, drop outs or missing information can be repaired by this unit.
OSD
An on screen display of menus for setup and characters for source ID can be displayed on the monitor.
