Sealife Desiccant Moisture Muncher 1 oz. - 3 Packs
Sealife Desiccant Moisture Munchers will help prevent condensation from forming inside a housing or case. Condensation will form in a housing when you take it from warm air to cooler water. Internal camera flashes being fired inside the housing will compound this problem.
Since the silica needs some time to act, give it about 10-15 minutes after closing the housing before entering the water. These one oz. packs should be used in dive and travel cases.

We shoot in cold weather outdoors and in Hockey Rinks. I never leave the studio without these in my backpack ( and an air tight plastic bag ). I notice increased lense fogging when unpacking if I don't have them. Try not to unpack geer to soon after coming in from the cold!

I live in very humid Hong Kong and the blue crystals turned pink within hours. I have them in my Tamrac bags and I guess they will work better if they are not constantly exposed to humidity when I open/close my bag. May be better for storage rather than in a regularly used camera bag.

Great for keeping things dry!
Read carefully - these are LARGE packets...3" x 5"!!!!!!! Unfortunately I was thinking of the tiny ones that often come with lenses, etc. So instead of several tiny ones, I will just put a large one in the camera bag.
