This Sea & Sea BLX-55W Underwater video light has been designed for the professional camcorder operator. The light uses a high intensity and extra efficient 55 watt halogen bulb. This bulb has a color temperature of 4700° kelvin. This produces a natural hue sunlight look underwater.
Since the optional battery module mounts under the camera housing the light head is small, lightweight and easy to position. The light head connects to the battery module with a maintenance free wet type connector with built in safety circuitry that quenches the power if the cord is exposed to water.
