I am using these to support and direct FlashPoint speedlights. These are fast, easy to use, and sturdy. I am using the 3/8 fitting to connect to stands by removing the adapter.

Very delicate and possibly only gor a mirrorless with a small or light lenses. Not for a 90 or 200 mm or zooms
