Remote Audio CASENEK100ST1 Overview

This Remote Audio Mini (1/8"/3.5mm) Threaded Male to 3-Pin XLR Male Adapter Cable adapts the output of the Evolution Series Sennheiser EK100 receiver from a mini phone (1/8"/3.5mm) threaded connector to a 3-pin male XLR.

This cable is similar to the CASENEK100 cable, except that the XLR plug is wired with Pin 3 hot, instead of the standard Pin 2.

Premium quality

Very high quality, great workmanship. I bought this, and also a very cheaply made version. The cheap one failed, and I wondered why. I took it apart and there is no comparison. The Remote Audio cable has better materials, and the workmanship is amazing. No corner cutting on these products. I'm sold on buying once and having this thing last forever.

Good product-but doesn't support stereo

Good item, but it turns stereo signal into Mono, so when used to setup wireless speaker system you only get signal out one side AND it's always the LEFT side - had to configure rest of the system to output mono instead of stereo. Also, screw-lock on 1/8 end does NOT fit the Audio-Technica M3 receivers - the plug fits and works fine, but will not 'lock' into the threading so they can come out easier.

question

Will this work with the rode link lav kit?
Asked by: Matt L.
Although designed for use with Sennheiser components, it will work with RODE threaded Micon connectors in this case. This cable is similar to the CASENEK100 cable, except that the XLR plug is wired with Pin 3 hot, instead of the standard Pin 2.
