This stainless steel Lowel Full Single Scrim for the Omni-Light reduces light by 50 % (one f-stop) without diffusion or softening of contrast. It requires either the Complete Barndoor Set (O120) or the Barndoor Frame (O121) for mounting.
Full scrims dim the light across the entire beam spread, and 1/2 and graduated scrims are used to even the beam spread when lighting a subject or background from an angle. Keep several densities of scrims available to be prepared for any lighting situation.
