Elinchrom Reflector and Honeycomb Grid Set
This is an Elinchrom Honeycomb Grid Set consisting of an Elinchrom 8.25" diameter reflector, which fits all Elinchrom flash heads and monolights, and 4 honeycomb grids that fasten to the front of the reflector.
Each grid produces its own narrow field spread of light of 8, 12, 20, or 30°.
Grids are essential accessories for any lighting system. Consider a grid as a painter would a brush, or a sculptor would a knife, or chisel. Suggested uses include hair lighting, background lighting, or product highlighting.

I use this with the Style 500 BXRi Compact MonoLight. It attaches easily, and all items are of solid construction. I haven't had any problems with it, and really don't have any complaints. Well, it would be nice if it had a case or something to haul it around, but I'll figure something out.

I use these with Elinchrom strobes when I need the light ot be directional such has Hair Lights. They are great because I can have a choise on 4 different gird sizes so I can pick a size that suits my purpose.
