You can select to read the distances in either yards or meters, and you can choose between a "" or a "+" for the measuring reticle. Other sophisticated capacities include the ability to ignore targets closer than 100 meters, so that if you're amongst brush or other close reflective entities they will not influence the reading of the actual subject.
