I Have 6 Of These. I Have Used Them On Everything From Screaming Rock Vocals From SM-58s, To Critical Acoustic Stereo Recordings With Various Phantom-powered Schoeps Mics In A Chapel Where Phase-response And Super Low-noise Are Paramount. These Splitters Are Completely Transparent, Delivering Flawless Mic Signals To My Sound Devices Field Recorder And The House Livestream/PA With No Ground-loops Or Any Other Added Noise. The Legendary Jensen Microphone Transformers Are Pure Magic.

Splitting a mic is critical when you are in venues that you have no access to FoH for personal monitors. This splitter is built out of steel and is sonically transparent. Worth every penny.

Will this pass phantom power?
Asked by: Andy
it will ONLY pass phantom power via the Direct-1 Thru output, not through the transformer isolated output.
