I added another piece of hardware to my main rig that dictated a need for another RCA out from my DAC. My DAC only has one RCA out, but it does have XLR outs that I don't use. This was the best answer to avoid Y-ing an RCA out cable (and other dumb ideas). Plug and play, sounds great, no compromises, right price.
Nice adapter, works great. I use it to convert the main outputs on my Motu 828 MkIII to RCA.
