Chrosziel Film & Video offers this mattebox designed specifically for the Panasonic DVX100/100A using the Panasonic anamorphic adapter. The Panasonic's rectangular anamorphic lens created a technical challenge for installing existing mattebox systems on the popular camera.
Anamorphic Adapter
Chrosziel designed a rectangular opening that allows the anamorphic adapter to attach to the rear mattebox opening. The mattebox includes a housing that covers both 16:9 and 4:3, one rotating & one fixed 4x4 filter holder, and a french flag.
16x9 Mask
The 16x9 mask included with this package ensure correct aspect ratio using a physical mask along with the camera functions.
Extra Support
This system adds the lightweight support system and center bracket to eliviate weight on the filter threads.
French Flag
A French Flag comes standard to for extra glare and flare control.
