The Ken-A-Vision T-1955 MemoryScope is a digital microscope with many special features including built-in memory and an attached LCD screen for convenient viewing. Images can be output via USB, composite video, or directly over a local area network. The microscope comes fitted with a 10x wide-field viewfinder for direct inspection. The T-1955 also comes prepackaged with Applied VisionTM software for easy manipulation of images and movies.
Network-Ready
The T-1955 has the unique capability of being able to interface directly to a Local Area Network (LAN.) With the increased use of laptops in both high schools and college classrooms all around the world, the MemoryScope allows students to view lecture material directly from their personal computers via an Ethernet connection using Internet Explorer.
Built-In Memory System
Images from the microscope can be recorded for a variety of viewing scenarios. Footage can be retrieved at a later date, making it very useful for large lectures or complex scientific research projects.

The microscope is designed for extended use, with a bulb capable of 100,000 hours of operation before needing to be replaced. That's over 11 years of continuous use!
Built-In Camera and LCD
The unit comes ready with a built-in CMOS camera for transmitting its images to other viewing devices. The camera is capable of displaying up to 30 fps, ensuring both still and moving images will appear in crystal clarity. Viewing is also made simple with the MemoryScope's attached LCD.
