The Wireless Music Streaming System from Onkyo consists of a USB transmitter and a receiver that work together to allow you to transmit music from your PC to stereo wirelessly. The system is compatible with Windows Media Player and iTunes on the Windows 2000 or XP operating systems. The transmitter outputs a true digital signal to the receiver, which has standard analog and optical digital output capability. The system features a range of up to 100' (30 m), making it an excellent option for wirelessly streaming music to your stereo.
You'll be able to transmit music from popular Windows applications such as iTunes, Windows Media Player and Real Player. It is compatible with CD audio, DVD audio, MP3, WMA, AAC and Internet Radio file formats. This allows you to stream virtually any audio file to your stereo wirelessly.
In addition to the standard analog output, the receiver features an optical digital audio connector. This gives you optimal sound quality when connecting to your home stereo system.
No Wi-Fi Needed
The USB transmitter sends audio signals directly to the receiver. This allows you to use the system right out of the box. You won't need to set up a dedicated wireless network to make this work.
