This Ikelite compact mechanical underwater housing is designed for the Canon HV10 camcorder. The housing is molded in clear polycarbonate. This design provides full view of the camcorder, control functions, and assurance the system is safe, allowing you to see if the case is sealed.
The clear housing back provides a full view of the camera's LCD monitor while underwater. Simply open the LDC display when installing the camera in the housing. The housing allows use of Canon BP-310 or BP-315 batteries.
The housing is easy to use and will allow you to capture the moment underwater in video or digital stills. Wide-angle conversion lenses with 67mm threads can be attached directly to the included port or use the Canon WD-H37C wide 0.7X Converter Lens. Using this lens requires the original port be replaced with either the optional Ikelite Dome Port #9306.70 or Flat Port #9306.71. The Dome Port provides a wider angle of coverage, but has limited zoom and macro range. The Flat Port offers full zoom and full macro capabilities. The housing is rated to a depth of up to 200'.
