This camcorder also features a 3.1 megapixel still camera mode, as well as a 2.7" LCD.

• 3.1 megapixel CCD: Looking for a feature-rich still image camera and digital camcorder all in one? This camcorder features a 3.1 Megapixel CCD Image Sensor, which captures images with breathtaking detail. In addition, this camcorder's photos are stored on a memory card, at 2048 x 1512 maximum resolution.

• Tele Macro Function: Useful for shooting close up shots, but without having the camcorder casting a shadow on the subject. Images shot in the Tele Macro Mode will have the subject properly focused with the background unfocused so that the subject stands out.

• Superior Quality Lens: The Leica Dicomar lens incorporates advanced Leica optical technology. • 16:9 Wide-screen Capability: Looking to shoot wide-screen or panoramic footage? This camera supports 16:9 wide-screen format. Shoot breathtaking vistas and full family photos, all at the touch of a button.

• MagicPix Images with LCD Light Panel: MagicPix is a great way to record still images, even in low-light settings. Now you can capture still images in full color onto the camcorder's mini DV tape.
