The OConnor 1030HDS is designed to deliver the ultimate control and stability for HD shooting. It possesses the same controls as OConnor's fluid heads for 35mm film cameras such as sinusoidal counterbalance, and ultra-smooth pan and tilt true-fluid drag. Both may be adjusted down to a zero setting, necessary for stable, confident "whip" movements. Counterbalancing is infinitely adjustable in order to neutralize the camcorder's weight throughout the entire tilt range. Similar to the 1030HD, the 1030HDS has a greater load bearing ability, but with a reduced tilt range of -60° to +60°.
