The stand mounts broke on the SV lights I have and needed replacements. I'd prefer metal mounts, but I knew they were going to be plastic again so, I guess it works just as it should.

Needed a way to mount a hot shoe fitting to my lowel stands. Bought the Stroboframe locking accessory shoe- but then realized it wouldn't mount to my stands. This SV mount works perfect- giving me multi axis rotation for my LED light- that I don't want on camera all the time.
