The AtlasSound FAP62TR New Construction Mount Ring is designed to work with new construction drywall ceilings. It shows the drywallers that they need to cut around this particular area so you can easily mount your loudspeaker when they have finished. Mounting holes are designed to accommodate a 16 or 24" OC stud/joist mounting.
Before Drywalling
The FAP62TR installs before the drywalling is completed so you can be certain that you've reserved that particular location for your loudspeaker. No confusion in the future and no new holes to cut.
Rust Prevention
Since this is a long term accessory it's galvanized to prevent rust and maintain its structural integrity.
Flexible Design
